About the Amazing Text Fun Engine

Just a few notes about the engine that I wanted to (or felt like I should) share.

The code for the engine was written in perl, using the ActiveState perl compiler. Visit their site, 'cuz they rock.

Code for the game editor was written using Borland Delphi 5, which also rocks.

Text formatting code was written by Antoni Chan.

The perl source code was compiled and built into an executable using perl2exe, from IndigoStar Software. Much love to TADS, Brass Lantern, and all of the other text adventure sites on the web supporting low-res gaming in the 21st century.

The ATF Game Engine is Copyright 2002, Ken Bromberg and Antoni Chan. It is released under the terms of the GNU Public License. Details of the license can be seen here.
