I think it's important to note that this page may be updated far more than once a day, or far less. In any case, this is the forum for the good men and women of alltooflat to easily and quickly post whatever they think might be interesting to onlookers.

So - Mohamed ElBaradei, head of the UN International Atomic Energy Agency, has been awarded the nuclear prize for his work against nuclear proliferation. In a year in which there has been actual and demonstrable proliferation of nuclear weapons.
That's awesome. This totally opens up my changes at getting the Nobel Prize in Biology for my work in curing cancer. I mean, I haven't done that either!
